"Youth voices on employment" online discussion

55% of the registered unemployed in our country are 15 to 34 years old. Youth represents 1/3 of the total Mongolian population, however 55 percent of all unemployed (15 000) are between 15 to 34 years old, according to the statistics for the end of September 2021.

EU supports young people and CSOs through the “All for YOUth, YOUth for all” project

The Team Europe and international development team comprising of representatives from the European Union Delegation to Mongolia, the Embassy of Germany, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, German Technical Cooperation, Caritas Czech Republic and UN Food and Agriculture Organization are working in Selenge aimag to have dialogue with local stakeholders and youth civil society organizations (CSOs).

The results of the Business Competition among social entrepreneurs and young CSOs announced

The Business Competition among the social entrepreneurs, youth CSOs and young people took place under the “All for YOUth, YOUth for all” project. The project is co-funded by the European Union and Transition Promotion Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The main objective of the competition is to boost youth employment and to create job opportunities for rural young people while promoting social entrepreneurship at the local level.

Free Masterclass Annual Memberships

Master class and Caritas Czech Republic have provided free membership to 100 young people in Mongolia ULAANBAATAR, Mongolia - MasterClass has provided Annual Memberships to beneficiaries and target groups of the “All for YOUth, YOUth for all” project in Mongolia. Totally, 100 young people with unique needs who are impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and otherwise would not be able to afford access to the platform.

Trees planted to bring awareness to ecosystem restoration in Mongolia

In observance of World Environment Day in Mongolia and to support the National Government to implement their ‘Vision-2050’ development policy to protect and increase the forest zones, People in Need INGO in cooperation with Czech Republic Embassy, and Caritas Czech Republic INGO planted trees in Bogd-Khan Mountain. Caritas Czech Republic and People in Need (PIN) INGOs have implement numerous projects funded by the Czech Republic and European Union in Mongolia, most of which aim to protect the environment, avert climate change, and promote sustainable livelihoods.
